"Omnia" bedeutet auf Lateinisch "alles", als ob "alles" Châteauneuf-du-Pape in diesem Wein enthalten wäre, dank des Vorhandenseins vieler Rebsorten, insbesondere Grenache Noir von mehreren Stellen in der Appellation.
Der Weinbereitung in ganzen Trauben nach einer kalten Mazeration (7 Tage bei 7 ° C) folgte eine zweijährige Reifung in Fässern aus dem Wald von Jupilles, Pays de Loire, auf allen Hefen und mit einigen Batonnagen. "Omnia" wurde noch nie gestapelt, gepumpt, geklebt oder gefiltert. Es ist wichtig, diesen Wein vor der Verkostung zu dekantieren, um das "Alles" von "Omnia" zu schätzen.

Tasting Note
A dreamy wine, with a plume of incense, mulled raspberry and red tea aromas curling up from the glass, followed by a very silky and refined feel to the mix of gently mulled red fruit, singed wood spice and floral notes. The perfume carries through the finish authoritatively, leaving fresh and dried fruit, sous-bois and mineral notes in its wake. A beautiful and distinctive wine. Best from 2023 through 2040. 300 cases imported. — JM
